1. Services

Rafael Lourenço Rodrigues - Unipessoal Lda ("we", "the Company") provides Google Ads and paid media management services as described on rafaelrodrigues.pt. Services are delivered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Engagement

Services begin after a discovery call and mutual agreement to proceed. No work is performed until both parties have confirmed the scope, pricing, and start date. All engagements are month-to-month with no minimum commitment.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is as agreed before engagement begins.
Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 15 days.
The first 30 days are risk-free: if you are not satisfied, no invoice will be issued for the first month.
Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.) and is not included in our fees.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the engagement at any time with 15 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of and access to your advertising accounts, campaigns, and data.

5. Account Ownership

Your advertising accounts belong to you. We manage them on your behalf but never claim ownership. Upon termination, all access is transferred back to you immediately.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, business information, and account details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we work to improve your advertising performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors including market conditions, product-market fit, landing page quality, and budget. Case studies and testimonials on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which any issue occurred. We are not liable for losses resulting from advertising platform changes, account suspensions by third parties, or market conditions beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
